According to recent studies of high school athletes, a lack of sleep was the strongest predictor of injuries and and injury rates increased after athletes slept for less than 6 hours per night.

Rest and nutrition play a vital role in recovery and overall athletic and academic performance. Girls – turn off social media, eat nutritious food, get a good night’s rest and you will see better and more consistent results.
