Good teams have:
- Good players
- Good coaches
- Good work ethic
- Play good competition
College coaches don’t have the time, money or resources to watch bad teams play, even if a good player(s) is on that team.
Parents and players should be wary of where their daughter plays. Why spend money to have random Friday night and early Sunday morning practices and play in local town tournaments. The only ones who benefit are the tournament directors and team managers who line their pockets without developing players.
